BoCount Dynamics Single Logistics Multi Finance

BoCount Dynamics Single Logistics Multi Finance enables you to manage various logistics processes of multiple companies in a single logistics company. The logistics company is responsible for order registration, inventory management, and receiving and shipping goods. From order registration to invoicing, everything is handled by the logistics company, while the accounting is kept in the respective financial companies. The logistics company thus only performs logistic activities and does not have an accounting function.

Each order line in the logistics company is assigned an owner, indicating which company is responsible for the financial handling and thus the invoicing of the lines. In sales quotes and orders, it is possible to create orders with multiple owners, with the lines being split into an invoice per owner at invoicing. For invoices and credit notes, all rules must be for the same owner. For purchase quotes and orders, all rules must also be for the same owner, as when the supplier invoices, everything must be on an invoice for the same financial company.

The owner can be set at various levels, including location, customer, supplier, article, resource, and fixed asset.
